MACHESNEY PARK, IL — The Village of Machesney Park announced four new businesses in March 2025, signaling continued economic momentum along the Illinois Route 173 and IL-251 corridors. Among them: JPM Exotics, an exotic and high-end car dealership backed by Nate Jordan of JPM Rockford.
JPM Exotics is set to occupy 1163 Power Road — along Illinois 251, north of Ralston Road — a property that JPM Rockford had already acquired and begun clearing of its former contents, including dozens of vintage vehicles and classic car parts.

The announcement came alongside three other Machesney Park business openings or expansions: Burch Dental at 9721 N. Alpine Road, Golden Aura Hair & Spa, and Tap 251 — a new bar and slot venue coming to the former Chugger's Sports Bar at 11700 N. Second St.
For JPM Rockford, the Machesney Park deal reflects the firm's broader strategy: acquiring distressed or underutilized commercial properties and repositioning them as productive, community-serving businesses across the Greater Rockford Region.
